Extra info: In 2019, the vessel has had an extensive total refit. The teak deck was replaced and a completely new mahogany superstructure was installed. In the following years, the vessel was put on the hard annually and stored under a complete winter/work tent that protects the ship from the elements, but can still be walked/worked under. The new owner does not have to pay VAT for winter storage either. The current owners, who want to retire, guarantee occupancy for the coming years.
